Return Policy
RETURNS
Our policy lasts 30 days. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
Certain types of goods cannot be returned. Perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines cannot be returned. We also do not accept returns for intimate or sanitary products, hazardous materials or substances, flammable liquids, or gases.
Other non-returnable items:
- Gift cards
- Downloadable software
- Certain health and personal care products
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Do not return your purchase to the manufacturer.
In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):
- Books with obvious signs of use
- CDs, DVDs, VHS tapes, software, video games, cassette tapes, or vinyl records that have been opened
- Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
- Any item returned more than 30 days after delivery
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification confirming that we have received the returned item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a few days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company – it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank – processing times can vary.
If you have completed these steps and still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Unfortunately, sale or promotional items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are defective or damaged upon arrival.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will refund the gift giver, and they will be notified about the return.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
Depending on where you live, the time it takes for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item worth more than €75, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
